TOUR CONDITIONS FOR ALL TOURS
The cost of each tour includes round-trip transportation and other features as specified. All stated prices were correct as of November 1, 2009 and are subject to change due to adjustments in airfares and the fluctuation of the U.S. dollar in relation to foreign currencies. All airfares are based on advance-purchase excursion fares, group inclusive tour fares or tour basing fares. Because of hotel and airline commitments, the following cancellation policy must be followed. All notices of cancellation must be in writing and received during the period prior to departure in accordance with the following schedule. After you have received a written confirmation, there is a change fee of $50.00 per person for any name changes or ANY change in your itinerary or departure city. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing our travel insurance. Regardless of the reason (including medical), cancellations involve expenses for the tour operator, and no exception will be made to the above. Applications will be sent to you with your confirmation. Although Illinois International Travel, Ltd. is the principal agent and takes great care in choosing its suppliers, they do not control them and cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Illinois International Travel, Ltd., their officers and agents, accepts no responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, loss or delay of baggage, unused days of any tour, strikes, acts of terrorists, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, acts of God, or any other causes beyond our control or your failure to obtain mandatory documentation, passports, visas and health certificates, where required; therefore, no refund can be made. We reserve the right to change hotels, aircrafts, dates, times, itineraries and rates. No refund will be given for such changes.
