Discover Costa Rica
Come and experience the rare natural beauty and nature of Costa Rica on this tropical Tour in Central America. It is known as a paradise with over 800 species of birds and other wildlife. Despite its small size, it has some of the most beautiful rainforests in the world including a variety of landscapes. You will see stunning waterfalls, vibrant flowers and rumbling volcanos as you learn the diverse ecosystem of Costa Rica. The national parks cover almost a quarter of the countries land area. It is one of the very few places in the world where you can get up close with nature as you study the scenery. You will discover wildlife in their natural habitat, natural hot springs, and plantations of coffee, mangos, pineapples and bananas. Over one-quarter of Costa Rica is protected by wildlife parks and reserves. Within these, there are 12 unique climate zones that exist between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. It is also home to over 200 volcanic formations, some of which are millions of years old. There are over 100 different species of animals, including white faced and howler monkeys, tree sloths and jaguars.
