THIS IS OUR 38th year of arranging Bethel Tour Vacations and visiting various Branch Offices throughout the world on our Memory Maker Vacations. One of the highlights of our tours is that “wherever possible” arrangements are made to meet with the local Brothers and to visit some of the Worldwide Branch Offices. These tours are not sponsored by the Society, but are a private arrangement by Brothers and limited only to Jehovah’s Witnesses and their relatives which means the best part about our tours are your traveling companions. If you would like to participate in one of our tours, you may print out the reservation form from this website and enclose a check or money order for a $250.00 deposit per person. All reservations are accepted on a first come basis only. After your deposit is received, you may charge the balance on any major credit card. We apologize to anyone we were unable to accommodate on our last tour dates to Bethel and on some of our other tours because of being sold out. It is for this reason we are repeating some programs, including our special Bibleland tours called “The Exodus” and “Apostle Paul’s Journey.” To avoid disappointment, we suggest making reservations NOW as each year some tours are sold out months in advance. You can depart from any U.S.A. or Canadian city, even if it is not listed. If you desire not to participate in one of our programs, you may want to give this website, www.betheltourvacations.com to another friend who might be interested in one of our specialized tours.

NOTE: The prices quoted for each tour are for sample departure cities and are based on airline availability. This means your reservation must be received as soon as possible to obtain our lowest group rates as our allotment of lowest priced seats sell-out first. The cost from your hometown may be the same or less, so just let us know which city you prefer to depart from and we will inform you of the total cost. All balances are due 95 days before departure, except where noted on your confirmation letter. If you need to cancel, full refunds are made up to 95 days before the tour departs less a handling fee of $50.00 per person. After that, we provide you with optional travel insurance to obtain a refund until departure day in case of illness. Prices are in effect as of November 1, 2011; however, all prices are subject to change due to taxes, land increases, airfare and fuel surcharges. Due to the cost of jet fuel, airlines have a fuel surcharge on all flights that fluctuates based on the price of oil. The prices quoted on all of our tours include the fuel surcharge; however, your reservation will be reviewed approximately 90 days prior to departure to inform you if there is an additional fuel surcharge or difference in any foreign currency exchange. Additional information will be mailed to you with a written confirmation as soon as your reservation is received. If you do not live in the U.S.A., you can purchase a land only package and make your own airline reservations to join any tour.
