For the past 36 years, Illinois International Travel has been arranging special Bethel Tours for Jehovah's Witnesses to visit the World Headquarters in New York in addition to other vacation destinations. One reason that our tours are unique is that we give a full description of the itinerary, so you know exactly what's included in each tour. Thousands of friends have enjoyed our group rates, as traveling with other friends makes the vacation a pleasurable experience. You do not have to worry where to stay, what to see and how to get there. Let our tour escorts do all the arranging while you relax and capture those memorable moments that you can share with other friends. One of the highlights is that “wherever possible” arrangements are made to meet with the local Brothers and to visit some of the Worldwide Branch Offices. These tours are not sponsored by the Society, but are a private arrangement by Brothers and limited only to Jehovah’s Witnesses and their relatives.

If you would like to participate in one of our tours, please fill out the reservation form by clicking the reservation form button, filling out the form, printing the form and mailing your check or money order for a $250.00 deposit per person. All reservations are accepted on a first come basis only. After your deposit is received, you may charge the balance on any major credit card. We like to apologize to anyone we were unable to accommodate last year on several of our tours because of being sold out. To avoid disappointment, we suggest making reservations NOW as each year some tours are sold out months in advance. You can depart from any U.S.A. or Canadian city you prefer, even if it is not listed.

NOTE: The prices quoted for each tour are for sample departure cities and are based on airline availability. This means your reservation must be received as soon as possible to obtain our lowest group rates. The cost from your hometown may be the same or less, so just let us know which city you prefer to depart from and we will inform you of the total cost. All balances are due 95 days before departure, except where noted on your confirmation letter. If you need to cancel, full refunds are made up to 95 days before the tour departs less a handling fee of $50.00 per person. After that, we provide you with optional travel insurance to obtain a full refund until departure day in case of illness. Prices are in effect as of November 1, 2009, however, all prices are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, taxes, airfare and land increases. Additional information will be mailed to you with a written confirmation as soon as your reservation is received. If you do not live in the U.S.A., you can purchase a land only package and make your own airline reservations to join any tour.
